Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026 · Version 2

In short: this website sets no cookies and runs no trackers or analytics. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact or hire us, and we use it solely to respond and to deliver the work. We never sell personal data. Write to admin@us.0doo.net to access or delete your data.

Summary for convenience; the policy below governs.

  1. 1. Who is responsible

US.ODOO.NET LLC (New Mexico, USA) is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: admin@us.0doo.net. Corporate details: Company & Legal Information.

  2. 2. What this site does NOT do

This is a static informational website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, embeds no third-party fonts, scripts or CDNs, and collects no personal data automatically beyond the standard server logs described below.

  3. 3. Data we receive and why

    • Correspondence data. If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share (name, email, phone, company, project details). We use it to respond, evaluate and deliver the requested work, and maintain our business records. Legal bases: taking steps at your request prior to a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
    • Engagement data. If we contract, we process the data reasonably necessary for the engagement (contacts, billing details, project materials you provide), to perform the contract and to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax).
    • Server logs. Our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) kept for security and troubleshooting, in our legitimate interest. Logs are not used for profiling or marketing.
  4. 4. Where data is processed

We operate remote-first. Data is processed on our own infrastructure hosted in the European Union (Germany) and with service providers in the United States (such as email and payment providers). Where data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps so it remains protected consistent with this policy and, where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.

  5. 5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only: with service providers that help us operate — for example, email and payment processors, and the providers of the AI tools we use to deliver services, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations — when you direct us to, or when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

  6. 6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: correspondence for the life of the relationship and a reasonable period after; contractual and billing records for as long as commercial and tax law requires; server logs for a short rotation period.

  7. 7. Your rights

Wherever you are located, you may ask us: what data we hold about you, to correct it, to receive a copy, to object to a use, or to delete it (subject to legal retention duties). Write to admin@us.0doo.net; we respond within thirty (30) days, or any different period applicable law requires. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you believe we mishandled your data, you may also complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

  8. 8. Children

Our site and services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

  9. 9. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, limit access to personal data, and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small firm.

  10. 10. Changes

We will post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
